A TRIP IN ODESSA

You have wonderful places around the world, for sure!

One of Them I have recently discovered is Odessa, the major Port on waht si called the Black Sea.Just to make it easy Odessa has 1M habitant an international airport with direct flies to most important cities wordwide.

Its architecture is highly influenced by mediterranean style French and Italian making it really unique for what was he Russian Empire.

The main streets is named under a spaniard admiral called José Pascual Domingo de Ribas y Boyons, Deribasovskaya is named after him.
You can also find another main street named after Armand-Emmanuel du Plessis, Duc de Richelieu , the name fo the street is Richelievskaya, and that makes Odessa very exotic for someone coming from western europe.

And of course you have now very interesting business opportunities if you really want things to be done.

Real Estate is just 1000 usd per square meter downtown, I am pretty sure that in 10 years will be a great deal, taking into consideration the beautiful centre that Odessa enjoy.
