BH10 a Multimedia one

I have spent one of my best BH this year, from January 3 to 6, 2010

It is not an easy task to gather more than 50 people that comes from around the world in a tiny place there in el Bierzo region, there in Molinaseca a village of 300person.



Everyone is bringing with him : stories, motivations, new ideas, main concerns and expect to have some good time with all the Nomads, he may have known from the year around working in Djakarta, then Luanda and then Salvador or just to meet others ones he has heard about in WINNE and has closely followed thanks to FACEBOOK of course!

It has been really amazing to have so many people from so many different nationalities and sharing all together our experiences , places like Indonesia, Nigeria, Angola, El Salvador, Albania, Ghana, Romania and many others.


BH10 have seen a clear improvements in our preparation and organisation, thanks to David and Rene also .
This year we had better Speakers who are animating their groups in Panels, we also had workshops where different issues are discussed, and we had one of the most funny moment with our now, most famous party : FUNNY NIGHT. Everhything is shown in our Facebook friends pictures.

We have had very good presentations from every head of Division, Jochen and Laetitia, Department and a great participation from our Nomads in all aspects.

Of course the GALA DINNER with its Golden Prizes Ceremony was a Must and Joanna, our new HHRR Coordinator, did a great job as Master of Ceremony.







I have never been very much oriented in comparing WINNE with what other companies do in other annual meeting, but I am very happy to have heard from some of my Nomads, that our BH are the most famous one for different reasons, we stay together for more than 4 days we share alltogether the same place in order to become a team and we invite everyone as Nomad to be present in this event. This also transmit what our philosophy is all about in WINNE: Business and Entertainment - The eBiz Concept.
We have created this concept and we are developping it on every stage of our activity.

So by now i will just say good by and see you to our next BH11 that will take place for the first time ever in December.
